ELECTROCERAMICA range of products consists in four big categories:
- Low, medium and high voltage ceramic insulators
- Low and medium voltage electrical apparatus
- Epoxy resin insulators
- Ceramic materials as slips, extruded pastes, spray-dried granulates for manufacturing of ceramic household commodities
Insulators are carried out acc. to IEC, DIN, BS, ANSI, UNEL, VDE norms and per Customer's specification.
Materials used for manufacturing of insulators are mainly aluminous porcelain C120, quartz porcelain C110 as per IEC 60672-3, as well as the epoxy resins.
The following glaze types are used:
- RAL 8016 – brown glaze
- SKYLYNE ANSI – 70 MUNSELL 5 BG 7.0 / 0.4 – gray glaze
- White glaze
Manufacturing technologies: wet and semi-wet turning, pressing, casting or mould hot injection.
Insulators of 4,000 m. max. height and 1,000 m. max. diameter (more parts hollow type insulators, epoxy resin joined) can be produced at S.C. ELECTROCERAMICA S.A.
During the time, ELECTROCERAMICA has developped a complex range of products for installations and electrical equipments with the rated voltage between 0.4 ÷ 420 Kv and 25 Kn bending mechanical strength.
